Keep Your Boat Close to the Water
Liberty RV Storage is on US-287 southeast of Corsicana, on the way to Richland-Chambers Reservoir. The nearest shoreline is roughly 2 miles from our gate in a straight line, and US-287 crosses the lake about 6.5 miles southeast of us. Store your boat here and the drive to the ramp is a short one instead of a long tow from home.
Boats on trailers fit our 13′ × 25′ covered stalls (68 of them) and longer rigs fit the 65 covered 13′ × 40′ stalls, all with 15′ of clearance. There are also 20 uncovered 12′ × 25′ spaces.
About the Lake
According to Texas Parks and Wildlife, Richland-Chambers is a 41,356-acre reservoir (at full pool) on Richland and Chambers creeks, east-southeast of Corsicana on US-287, impounded in 1987. It sits in Navarro and Freestone counties.
TPWD lists nine boat ramps around the lake, five of them with no fee.

Covered stalls help protect your boat and trailer from sun and rain; uncovered spaces are a simple open-air option.
Clean, Drain and Dry
TPWD’s Richland-Chambers page carries a zebra mussel advisory. Clean, drain and dry your boat, trailer, livewells, bait buckets and other gear before you travel to another water body; draining water is required by law. A covered stall is a good place to let everything dry out between trips.
